Ever watch Full House? Chances are, if you have children or grandchildren who grew up in the 90's, you've seen at least one episode of this saccharine family show from the original TGIF lineup on ABC. Available now on DVD and in syndication, the Tanner clan has been immortalized so that we can always see John Stamos as Uncle Jessie singing Elvis and Beach Boys songs (sometimes with the Beach Boys!), Bob Saget in his neurotically clean TV dad persona as Danny Tanner, and Dave Coulier's portayal of cheesy comedian Joey. But really, the everything revolved around Danny's girls. While the show was on the air for eight years, the middle child, Stephanie, barely made it into her teenage years by the end of it's run. When that happens, it's easy to imagine the actress being stuck at that age.
However, while Jodie Sweetin may be best known for her role as the precocious Stephanie Tanner on the iconic 90's sitcom, she's all grown up and was popped the question on her 29th birthday party last night by long time boyfriend Morty Coyle.
According to RadarOnline.com, Coyle presented Sweetin with a "2½-carat oval sapphire ring, surrounded by 18 diamonds in a snowflake shape". Not too shabby! There aren't any pictures yet of the ring but we'll be sure keep you posted!
The newly engaged couple is also socially conscious and when talking about wedding dates, Coyle said that they "want to wait until there's equality for everybody to get married."
We here at the Red Carpet Jeweler blog hope all of you have a wide and well-stocked selection of engagement rings. If Hollywood is any indication, you're going to need them!
Who do you think will be turning up with an engagement ring next? Let us know!
