by
Red Carpet Jewelers: Once again, LESS IS MORE! shay-mitchell-muchmusic-feather-dressABC Family "Pretty Little Liars" actress Shay Mitchell (seen right) stepped out with the tried and true "less is more" attitude towards her jewelry at the 2011 MuchMusic Awards on Sunday. Mitchell complimented her LBD with statement jewelry by M.C.L. (Matthew Campbell Laurenza).

The "Cougar Town" actress graced the red carpet in a gorgeous royal blue dress and stylishly paired it with mint green Irene Neuwirth earrings and matching bracelet!
