jWAG members with a membership subscription have the right to cancel their subscription and receive a full refund for the first payment by submitting timely notice of cancellation within the first 30 days from the original purchase date. The original purchase date is the date that a jWAG member agreed to purchase their membership within the jWAG shopping cart. This date can be found in the My Account area of the jWAG.biz site.
To submit a refund request within the first 30 days of purchase, you must contact jWAG Customer Service to log a ticket via email to support@jwag.biz. Your right to receive a refund will only be granted if you timely submit your request and jWAG issues a refund confirmation for digital only products or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for physical products in accordance with the requirements and procedures established for a RMA. You will receive a RMA # as confirmation that your refund request is approved. As a condition for receiving a refund, you must first return any products delivered to you in tangible form, such as DVD's, CD's or magazines to the address provided in undamaged, resalable condition. After RMA issuance and upon receipt of the returned products, the purchase amount, minus shipping & handling, will be refunded.
If you are a monthly subscriber, to cancel after the initial cancellation period has expired, a member must contact Customer Service to log a ticket via email to support@jwag.biz at least 72 hours prior to the next recurring billing date established with the member's credit card provider. Only cancellations effected within this timeframe will be effective. Notice of cancellation after the 72 hour cut-off will effect cancellation for the next succeeding month. In such cases, the member shall be responsible for payment of the succeeding month and will have no right to stop payment or backcharge for that month.
Example: If the recurring billing date is on the 10th of each month, and a cancellation notice is delivered on the 9th of that month, the account will be billed on the 10th of that month and will be cancelled effective the 10th of the following month.
If you are a quarterly subscriber and have a recurring billing date every 3 months, to cancel after the initial 30 day cancellation right has expired, you must contact Customer Service to log a ticket via email to support@jwag.biz at least 72 hours prior to the next recurring billing date established with your credit card provider. Only cancellations effected within this timeframe will be effective. Notice of cancellation after the 72 hour cut-off will effect cancellation for the next succeeding quarter or three month period. However, if the quarterly subscriber misses the 72 hour cut off and still wishes to receive a partial refund and duly and timely so notifies jWAG within twenty five days of the expiration of the 72 hour cut off, as long as the cancelling member does not attempt to dispute or assert a backcharge for the subsequent quarterly payment, jWAG will refund the amount of that payment that exceeds one non-discounted monthly payment amount for the program to which they subscribed. The jWAG member will have no right to stop payment or backcharge any portion of the quarterly payment for which timely cancellation has not been effected and will forfeit any right to claim a refund if he or she attempts to do so.
If you are a semi annual subscriber, to cancel after the initial cancellation right has expired, you must contact Customer Service to log a ticket via email to support@jwag.biz at least 72 hours prior to the next recurring billing date established with your credit card provider. Only cancellations effected within this timeframe will be effective. Notice of cancellation after the 72 hour cut-off will effect cancellation for the next succeeding semi annual payment. However, if the semi-annual subscriber misses the 72 hour cut off and still wishes to receive a partial refund and so duly notifies jWAG within twenty five days of the expiration of the 72 hour cut off, as long as the canceling member does not attempt to dispute or assert a backcharge for the subsequent payment due, jWAG will refund the amount of that payment, as follows: a) if you were granted free passes to and then attended one of our live events then the non discounted price of the event ticket will be deducted from your refund; b) additionally the then applicable non discounted monthly price for two months of their jWAG membership will be deducted from the refund; c) The amount calculated under subparagraph a) and b) will be subtracted from the semi annual subscription fee amount paid, and the difference, if any, will be refunded to the annual member. The jWAG member will have no right to stop payment or backcharge any portion of the semi annual payment for which timely cancellation has not been effected and will forfeit any right to claim a refund if he or she attempts to do so.
If you are an annual subscriber and have a recurring billing date every 12 months, to cancel after the initial cancellation right has expired, you must contact Customer Service to log a ticket via email to support@jwag.biz at least 72 hours prior to the next recurring billing date established with your credit card provider. However, if a cancellation request is delivered within the first 10 months of access that has been paid for, a partial refund will be provided, as follows: a) if you were granted free passes to and then attended one of our live events then the non discounted price of the event ticket will be deducted from your refund; b) jWAG will calculate the regular, non discounted monthly membership charge for the applicable program for the months that service were in effect, prior to the cancellation notice, including the month of cancellation; c) The amount calculated under subparagraph a) and b) will be subtracted from the annual subscription fee amount paid, and the difference, if any, will be refunded to the annual member. The jWAG member will have no right to stop payment or backcharge any portion of the any annual payment for which timely cancellation has not been effected and will forfeit any right to claim a refund if he or she attempts to do so.

To cancel a JWT Magazine subscription, the subscriber submit their cancellation request via email to support@jwag.biz. Please include your Account or OrderID Number, Full Name, Email Address, Billing Address, and Phone Number in your cancellation request. All Requests are Honored without condition. Cancellations performed up to one day prior to the billing date will prevent the next subscription payment from being charged. Cancellations performed after the billing date, and the subscription payment has been charged, will effect cancellation for the succeeding month. In such cases, the subscriber shall be responsible for payment of the succeeding month and will have no right to stop payment or backcharge for that month. For Digital Only products, once you request is received, and it falls within the 30 day window, we will refund your purchase immediately. Once a refund has been issued, access to that product will be suspended. For 12 Months Subscriptions:
You can cancel your prepaid yearly subscription at any time. Should you decide to cancel you forfeit any and all bulk discount pricing and will be charged in arrears for the full retail price of the products delivered.

Customers who have purchased the jWAG Google AdWords Home Study Course have the right to return the product and receive a full refund for the full purchase amount, minus any shipping and handling, by submitting timely notice and obtaining an RMA number within the first 30 days from the original purchase date. Customers who have purchased one of the jWAG Live Event DVD Sets have the right to return the product and receive a full refund for the full purchase amount, minus any shipping and handling, by submitting timely notice and obtaining an RMA number within the first 180 days (that's 6 months) from the original purchase date. The original purchase date is the date that a customer agreed to purchase their product within the jWAG shopping cart. To submit a refund request within the first 180 days of purchase, the customer must submit their refund request via email to support@jwag.biz. Please include your Account or OrderID Number, Full Name, Email Address, Billing Address, and Phone Number in your refund request. You will receive RMA # as confirmation that your refund request is approved. As a condition for receiving a refund, you must first return the DVD Set, any free Extras, and free Printed material that may have been included, to the address provided in undamaged, resalable condition. After RMA issuance and upon receipt of the returned physical product, the purchase amount, minus shipping & handling, will be refunded. Please review the secion below "Destroy ALL Copies." Destroy ALL Copies
After a Refund is issued, the user must destroy all digital or physically printed copies of any material that they have requested a refund for. This includes but is not limited to, all files on their hard drive, as email attachments, online storage, thumb drives, cell phones, printed copies, etc.
Definition: A "Refund" is given upon request within the 30 or 180 days of your original purchase date. This 30 or 180 day period is considered a trial period. If you request a "Refund" during that trial period, your access to that product will be revoked. After the 30 or 180 day window has passed, for monthly supscription products, you may "Cancel" and cease receiving FUTURE subscriptions. No refund will be given for that month's issue (Jewelry Website Trends) once a billing event has occurred. You may only "Cancel" future issues. Once you have received an issue, if you cancel the next months issue, you will still retain access to the months issue that you paid for.

Please be aware that we track the distribution on passwords for PDF file we sell. Do not share your files. You will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law if your uniquly passworded file are found available through sharing websites or otherwise on the internet. This constitutes unlawfull distribution of copyrighted material.
